Public Notice: Resumption of passenger train cross-border services in July

Please be advised that passenger trains are still not crossing the border. Instead, the trains are operating within the respective boundaries, with the Kilimanjaro Train operating between Dar es Salaam and Mbeya in Tanzania and the Mukuba Train plying between Kasama and Nakonde in Zambia.

The full cross-border services will only resume after 22 July 2022, once the Chambeshi Railway Bridge is repaired.
